Arlington National Cemetery Arlington, Virginia December 18, 2016 Our own Trooper Lynn R. Hill was once again at Arlington National Cemetery for the 25th Anniversary of Wreaths Across America, 245,000 wreaths were placed. The many, many folks who participated were 55,000 wreaths short of their goal to cover each of the 300,000 graves. Trooper Hill has laid wreaths at Arlington National Cemetery for 23 of the 25 years.   Trooper Lynn R.
